This is actually one of the most decent ones i've seen whilst looking through the gallery. You can see your style of drawing in the pic, but you've also added tetsuya's style in the inking and the colouring, the lines are clean, and i can actually look at this and say i like it. Well done! Good Luck!
Hmm, I know of the TWEWY Contest and I had liked to compete in it, too. I don´t remember why I have decided against it, but I think I had some issues with the deadline, and since I am a very slow artist I don´t wanted to rush things out and mess it up like my last UDON contest entry.
However, your pic here looks good to me, the linework is really good and the coloring seems flawless to me, but I have doubts on the overall pic composition and of course I´ll tell you if you don´t mind...
I think it´s a little adverse to cut off the pic at the feet, it may be some kind of style but in my opinion you should consider to make a full body shot out of it including the feet. (That goes for the girl you have done for this contest, too.)
I don´t know obout the original drawing style, so I´m not sure about this, but I think the fingers should have a different lenght.
Finally, the position of his right arm (from his point of view) looks very unlucky to my eyes. The perspective of it is just wrong in my opinion. I think the pic should show a guy in kneeling position, with both of his arms resting on his upper tighs right? You know, the first 2 things I told you are not major issues, but the perspective of the right arm is, and it should really be corrected for your contest submission. Since you are using Photoshop, I hope you have all the parts of this pic on different layers and are able to do this without too much trouble (if you care for doing it at all ^_^ ).
I hope I didn´t bothered you too much and that you´ll become one of the winners of this contest. You deserve it...
wooah thanks for the comment and for the critique i don't like draw a character alone to full body because i think that makes simple (you know i'm not character designer, i'm a graphic designer so i have so much problems with the composition in the draws) and for the fingers i think you right well about the position of the arm i have one rough sketch where the character have the arm just like you say but i really don't like because it will gonna see more simple i think its gonna be a problem to change the arm because i don't use a tablet and i made the draw in a paper then i inked the lines and i scanned the draw, i have to change all the arm from the inking draw and with that i have to change all the draw itself because the character was to bend more and i have to change that too, and i don't really have time i'm really busy this month and the contest will be in 2 days and i will be honest, really i don't make this to win the contest (i don't think i'm gonna win) i make this because i have more watchs and commmets and critics and thanks again for the critique maybe i change the draw when the contest finish
